We are on-demand meaning you call when you are ready to be picked up and we will send a driver to you

If you are traveling to a doctor/medical appointment, please call ahead of the scheduled appointment, and plan on us picking you up 15-20 minutes before appointment time. Due to high demand, this will help us ensure you are to your appointment on time.

Normal wait times are 10-45 minutes depending on our ride demand

If you have more than 3 no call no shows, we will suspend services for 5 days, after that it will be 2 weeks, the 3rd time will be full suspension for 1 year

We have the right to refuse services to anyone under the influence, irate passengers, passengers who are not following our rider policy, or disrespecting the driver, dispatcher, or fellow riders
